Digital document generation for ECAM

For the Comarcal Arzobispo Morcillo School (ECAM), publicplan has developed a tailor-made solution to optimize the process of recognition of students' vocational training before the Ministry of Education of the Community of Madrid.

Previously, the more than 50 teachers had to create the required documents manually each year. The new solution uses existing school data: data from over 700 students is linked to courses and over 100 companies to automatically generate pre-filled PDFs.

This reduces administrative work and increases efficiency, and the solution for Escuela Comarcal Arzobispo Morcillo was commissioned by Cáritas.
